CD&CA MEMBERS WISHING TO SPONSOR CANDIDATES FOR NEW MEMBERSHIPS IN THE ASSOCIATION, PLEASE NOTE:
OUR MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE GENERALLY MEETS 3 TIMES PER YEAR TO DISCUSS AND APPROVE CANDIDATES FOR MEMBERSHIP. AFTER THE COMMITTEE MEETS, THE BOARD MUST REVIEW THEI RECOMMENDATIONS--THIS PROCESS TAKES TIME. TRY TO SEND IN SPONSORSHIPS FORMS PRIOR TO MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE MEETINGS.

PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED BY SPONSORS of CANDIDATES for CD&CA MEMBERSHIP:
Prospective sponsors, please note the following guideline: Membership is restricted to those persons of good standing, who are corporate executives, regional or district sales managers, purchasing managers, or who hold other responsible positions with reputable companies in and closely related to the drug and chemical industries. The Association will accept new members on the basis of their qualifications and your recommendation in accordance with the By-Laws.
Procedure for Sponsorship

Mail, e-mail or fax, your Sponsorship Form to the Chairman of our Membership Committee;

3) Following successful review by the Membership Committee and approval by the Board of Directors, a membership application will be forwarded directly to your proposed member for his/her completion.
Annual Dues* Initiation Fees
Resident $120 $75
Non-Resident $100 $75
Resident members are those whose business or office is within 150 miles of the City Hall of Chicago.
Non-Resident members are those whose business or office is outside the 150 miles specified above.
Non-Resident members may elect to become Resident members if they so desire.
*Annual dues are pro-rated except for the 4th quarter when they are waived.
